RISK-ASSESSMENT
For all experiences/projects that will take place outside of school you will need to complete a risk assessment form and include this in your investigation stage evidence. Your advisor will have to review the form as part of the approval that will be given to your proposal. It is important for all parties to know what risks the experience/project could have and making sure that you know what to do if this risk occurs.
On the left you see an example of how the risk-assessment form should be filled in and what kind of risks you should consider. The colors identify how likely it is that the situation occurs. Red: Very likely to occur / High risk Orange: Likely to occur / Mediocre risk Yellow: Not very likely to occur / Low risk You can find the risk-assessment form in the Resources folder on Google drive, or you click this link. Note that you will have to make a copy of the document in order to edit it. After you have filled in the document, give your advisor editing rights, make sure that anyone with link can view and share the link in your proposal on MB. |
